501c3 NONPROFIT was founded specifically to drive equity in STEM through experimental and deep-impact learning experiences for ALL students but placing a specific emphasis on impacting students from under-resourced communities. Our educational programs are aimed to spark student interest in science, technology, math, engineering, and athletics.

While our hub is located in Charlotte, NC, we aspire to scale the program nationally. We intend to do so by offering weekly tutoring and enrichment programs both in person and virtually by utilizing digital and hybrid learning platforms. Drawing from numerous lessons learned during Covid-19, we continue to adopt the “new normal” of virtual learning.

Passionate about providing access to limitless academic enrichment to ALL children regardless of their socioeconomic background. Change-agent dedicated to community engagement and improvement. Embraces 20+ years of corporate
experiences with a lifelong dream of positively impacting children’s lives through STEM and athletics. Our legacy is to develop leaders in the fields of STEM and healthy lifestyles through physical activity.
Glenn consistently finds ways to upgrade the resources available to staff while keeping costs down and engaging participants through innovation and hybrid
learning forums.

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Glenn also holds an Executive
Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Business School.
